She has attained the designation of Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), Association Management Specialist (AMS) and Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM). These prestigious achievements recognize those association managers who have achieved the highest level of industry specific education offered.
Liz Trapolino, Management Director, CMCA, AMS, has over twenty-five (25) years of experience in the association management industry and over thirty (30) years in the customer service related industry. She has attained the designation of Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and Association Management Specialist (AMS). Kimberly Thorne, Portfolio Manager, has over six (6) years of experience in the association management industry and over twenty (20) years in the customer service related industry.
